DELIVERY AND ORDER PROCESSING

MINIMUM AMOUNT OF ORDER: There’s no minimum amount for on-line orders.

GOODS are stocked in Italy, Turin.

DELIVERIES:

  • The order received is normally prepared for shipping within 1 working day
  • Deliveries with international express courier DHL/UPS take place within 1-3 working days after shipping*.
  • Deliveries to smaller locations, hamlets and Islands normally take place within 2-5 working days*.
  • Deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, festivities, sudden strikes and other force majeure conditions.
  • As soon as the parcel is sent, you will receive the confirmation mail; you can as for the shipping code by e-mail if it does not arrive automatically.

 

* THESE DELIVERY TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEDD FROM THE 10th TO THE 20th OF AUGUST AND FROM THE 25th OF NOVEMBER TO THE 31st OF DECEMBER; IN THESE PERIODS, EXPRESS COURIERS ARE OVERLOADED WITH WORK, AND DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE LONGER (1-4 WORKING DAYS).

DELIVERIES DURING CHRISTMAS:

From the 1stto the 24th of December deliveries may be delayed. Parcels will be delivered within 3-7 days after your order is placed. 

WE ADVISE YOU TO MAKE YOUR CHRISTMAS GIFTS IN ADVANCE.

The 24th and the 31st of December deliveries will take place only in the morning. Shipments departing on the 24th of December will ship on the 27th and will follow the times set by the selected service (1-2 working days); shipments departing on the 31th of December will ship on the 2nd of January.

CASH ON DELIVERY:  NOT possible outside Italy.

TERMS OF PURCHASE BY CREDIT CARD:

To pay with any electronic circuit (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, PostePay, Carte Bancaire, etc.) you may choose PayPal or Secure Website Payment System powered by Skrill.

If you choose PayPal, will need to register an account with PayPal, but it is a very fast procedure that requires just your credit card and e-mail address; this account would also be useful for other convenient on-line purchases, such as E-Bay.

NB:

The buyer will have to communicate his data, including a phone number. If shipping data is not complete, we are not responsible in any way for delays in goods delivery.

Any delays in shipping the order will be communicated by the buyer within 12 hours.

 

In case of bank transfer up to 50 EUR, we will ship the goods as soon as we receive the payment receipt by e-mail. In case of bank transfer over 50 EUR, the shipment will take place as soon as we receive payment confirmation from our bank: 1-3 days.

 

PRICES:

All prices are inclusive of VAT. European private customers are required to pay the 22% Italian VAT (updated to 2017).

Prices may be change at any time without notice.

All goods have regular official receipt issued at time of shipment (or invoice to be requested at time of purchase).

Business customers can request exemption from Italian VAT and receive a refund of 22% paid at the time of order, by providing the VAT number and the full company name. ATTENTION: the VAT number must be registered on the European books of buyers IntraCEE-VIES!

 


GOODS DELIVERY AND RESPONSABILITY

Goods are shipped with pre-payed bill  and any risk of damage is due to a shipper. Upon delivery, customers must verify the integrity and number of parcels, and, if the purchase is damaged or tampered with, immediately file a claim with the courier. In case of tampering, damages, shortages, etc. it will be the responsibility of the recipient, before collecting the goods and in presence of the courier, to draw up a regular report of acceptance of any irregularities found and damages suffered.

In case of lack of pieces or other discrepancies, the recipient must report it in the same accompanying document and confirm it to the sender, within 7 days by e-mail or recorded-delivery letter with advice of receipt.

Shipments not collected or returned to the sender without prior authorization from the sender will be charged to the customer, who will have to pay the shipping costs.

Discrepancies beyond above mentioned terms will not be taken into account. In each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what declared.

In the event of Categories unrests (public transportation blocks, strikes, impediments to normal road traffic, force majeure) delivery times cannot be respected with no responsibility of the sender. Revenge actions against the sender are, therefore, null and void.
